How to set up your Zgemma STB with Enigma2?

This tutorial will show you how to set up your Zgemma STB with Enigma2 using OysterVPN. You’ll need Enigma2 or a Zgemma STB and an active OysterVPN subscription to begin the setup process. If you don’t currently have a subscription, click here to do so.

Set Up Your Zgemma STB With Enigma2

  1. Download the OysterVPN .ovpn configuration file with your preferred text editor. Click here to download.
  2. Save the configuration file as a client and add the login.txt string next to the auth-user-pass line.
  3. Create a new text file with the command conf.
  4. Put the OysterVPN service credentials you acquired in the Find your login details section of this instruction in the text file.
  5. Fill in the first line of the text file with the generated username and the second with the password.
  6. use Telnet to connect to your device and type this opkg install openvpn command
  7. Restart the device once the setup is complete.
  8. Connect to your device through FTP or SSH, and in the /etc/ directory, create a new folder named openvpn.
  9. Then, in the /etc/openvpn folder, upload the conf and login.txt files.
  10. Go to Menu > Setup.
  11. Then select System and go to Network.
  12. Now click on OpenVPN Setup.
  13. To start OpenVPN, press the green button.
  14. That’s it! You’ve completed the setup process of your Zgemma STB with Enigma2 using OysterVPN.
