Our refund policy allows you to request your money back within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to discontinue the service, reach out to our customer support to request a refund. Please note that the refund process can take up to 48 hours to complete (this refund process time is not counted towards your VPN use). Once your refund is initiated, your access to the VPN service is discontinued.
