Why am I unable to make a payment?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to make a payment. If this occurs, please inform us via live chat or contact us at (support@oystervpn.com) so that we can check the issue or manually place an order for you.

If you are using card payments, here are a few tips for when your payment is not going through:

  • Check if there are sufficient funds in your account associated with that card.
  • Check that the card details you entered are correct including One-Time Pins and verification codes.
  • Check that you are making the payment using a registered device. Sometimes, when a bank’s system does not recognize the device, it blocks the transaction.
  • Check if e-commerce payments are activated on your card.

Confirm the above points before trying again to avoid making multiple payments.
